What if you have a crush on a staff at a coffee shop you usually visit?

I believe that many of you have ever had a huge crush on someone you don’t know but often meet at a place you regularly visit. I’m bringing a coffee shop as an example because you guys are likely to have your favourite ones.
What do you guys feel and usually do when you meet a staff whom you have a crush on?
I just discovered my favourite coffee shop, where internet wi-fi is available, a couple of months ago and I go there three times a week or so. I also have my favourite barista whom I usually secretly glance at when I’m hanging working in the coffee shop 
Actually, I don’t really have a crush on him but I just think he’s an attractive guy with the way he talks and they way he behaves. I’m impressed! 
I don’t even know his name as I dare not ask (I once saw his name tag on his shirt but never notice what it reads)
I’ve never had a chit-chat with him except when asked what coffee I’d like.
Although I consider myself very lucky when I see him at a coffee counter at the time I arrive, I always avoid ordering my coffee with him, I’m just shy…Oh my gosh! (He doesn’t seem to realise that though)
One of my friends admits he has a crush on a cute barista at his favourite coffee café and although he sometimes joins me at my favourite coffee café, he sticks with his own favourite without trying any other ones.
He even calls her an ‘angel’ and he looks depressed (sounds exaggerated, isn’t it? lol) whenever he goes there but she’s nowhere to be seen.

I’m in crush with my barista also.
Yup. And the most I’ve ever said to him is “Large latte thanks”, “Thankyou” and “Hello”
But it’s weird because I think he may notice me more than just the “regular” who would sometimes stay half a day working on her assignments, and in turn order more than is healthy amounts of coffee..
Because when I first started becoming a regular, my friend said when he saw me walk in, he’d blush. And on another occasion he saw me walk in, looked down, and his male co worker, chuckled and nudged him, right before he came to take my order.
And other stuff like making my drink even before I’ve finished ordering it, or the whole shift looking in my direction and then at him, when I walk in. It’s kind of.. disconcerting.
BUT.. I’m way too self concious and shy, that I don’t even try to make conversation. Sure I smile back when he does, stare… maybe a little (0_o)… It’s just that there’s this silly part of me still hoping that he’d just make the first move… or something. Which I doubt he’d do. He seems the more reserved shy type. My friends can’t understand my infatuation with him, seeing as he isn’t that “HAWT”.. But he is ;] .. I think it’s partly because he can make my latte just how I like it XD
Plus if I even decide to go and make the first move. How would I make that transition form a warm smile to “Hey.. I like you, wanna go out for… coffee??”
Hahahaha.. writing that out made feel a little silly =p
Buutt I’m still ‘excited’ that I get to go see him regularly before classes ;]
